Longacre should have used a 10x32 machine screw with a grip[shank] so that the cutter wheel doesn't rotate on threads. I found a 10x32 socket head machine screw with a grip and cut it to size. Also replace Longacre's thin plastic shims with thicker plastic washers I found at the same local farm and ranch store. The cutter will work as intended right out of the box, but the manufacturer could have provided a better journal for the cutter wheel for cents on the dollar. I know, I know, I am picking crap with the chickens, but a quality tool like this should have had something like my mod. Regards
