The product is nice....already knew that from my parents camper...works well so you don't have a wet shower curtain touching you....works best if track dried out after each use and allow curtain to dry some before enclosing it back...needs enclosed back to keep shape...Mine was missing the ball that you put on one side for the other side to latch into to keep shut while showering....contacted the company over and over again...about 3 months later finally received the part after repeated emails blown off.....was told would be sent and never received...contacted again several times and was told "how busy" she was so forgot....nice.....just hope all your parts are in your box because they feel no sense of urgency to help you!
