I purchased an older pickup truck from a friend and it has a damaged dash top. Instead of the hassle to get a new dash, I ordered the ultimat in black for the black-plastic dash. The ultimat needed to have the vent holes enlarged so it wouldn't impeded airflow from the vent openings...this was easy enough with a pair of scissors, but I shouldn't NEED to do this - it should be cut better from the factory. The last thing I want is for the vents to be partially blocked. Also, they give you quite a bit of velcro, but they could supply a little more. I ran a little short. The material is like a dark gray/black - I wish it were a very black-black and no other color variations. Other than that - it is molded well to fit the dash and installs easy overall...plus it looks pretty good after install is complete.
