Anyone that has to crawl under their vehicle to change the oil filter or otherwise risk spilling oil on the driveway, or down your arm, should seriously consider putting this adapter on their vehicle. On my four cylinder engine it was a knuckle buster to change the filter, but now, I can just pop the hood, unscrew the old one, install the new (BIGGER) filter and there is no hassle at all. Did I mention the filter is bigger? This adapter uses a PH8A filter. Just go to your local auto parts store, look at the filter your vehicle currently uses, then compare it to the PH8A. On my vehicle it nearly tripled the volume of filtration. I gotta believe my engine will love that!
