I purchase this item fom TigerDirect a few months back. after getting all my parts together for my new PC, I took it out of the box 2 days ago, installed it and one of the fan controllers doesn't work. I try contacting the seller and I guess they just blew me off. I wouldn't recomend this item or the seller. Bad customer service.
