A keyed entry system permits their ultra thin profile and prevents tampering. Vented and non-vented versions are available to fit all screw type H-D tanks from '82-'08. Installation requires no cutting, outer ring measures 2-7/8" across.

Pirelli SL 26 Performance Front/Rear Scooter Tire - 130/70L-12/-- Review

When it came time to replace my stock IRC scooter tire, I found that there was a wide selection of tire brands available. Namely, Michelin S1, Kenda, same stock IRC, or Continental. I purchased this Pirelli tire mostly for the price advantage but then compared it to Michelin, IRC and Continental, and found that it is significantly heavier and sturdier tire. Where as I could easily squeeze and bend the above mentioned tires, this one was much sturdier, thicker on the inside, and had stronger side walls.

I haven't ridden on it yet, so I can't compare the riding dynamics to the stock IRC tires on my Honda Metropolitan, but I imagine I wouldn't notice any difference since the scoot is slow. I do appreciate greater puncture resistance of a heavy duty tire like this though. By the way, the IRC lasted me 10,500 miles on the back wheel but I did wear it out to the treads.

So, If you are not concerned with tire weight and are looking for a sturdy, heavy duty scooter tire, I definitely recommend this Pirelli SL26 tire. Safe riding.

First I'd like to say the installation wasn't easy... I didn't do the lighter trick and ended up stripping the bolt... luckily I had some bolt cutters and was able to break off the strut and then get a pair of vice grips around it and force the damn thing out (no damage to car thank god) and after about an entire hour of cussing I got the thing replaced...
The struts work well, only complaint is I still have to lift the hatch up myself about a foot before they kick in, also closing the trunk is much harder than it was before.... Also there was no instructions with the struts :(

Overall, i'm happy with the job :) Now I don't have to worry about my poor girlfriend struggling with opening the hatch.
