Well for the price I should have realized it was made in China . Wish I had spent the extra $25 and got the one made in the USA. It is the typical China quality, it will function but is not quite right. The holes all lined up, but the welds could have been ground down a lot better. Do Not take into the house to open the box like I did. The box is full of brown (dust) and the entire rack is covered in it. Luckily I did not have it on the carpet. What a mess. Looks like it was rusted before they coated it. But it should last for a few years. The attaching hardware is good quality. Learning more and more that "you get what you pay for"
