I will give it four stars because it looks good, does what it is supposed to do and is easy to install. I also found it to be quite accurate and reliable when used with a modern 4 cycle fuel injected outboard. The only slightly awkward installation issue is the selection of which alternator pole setting to use for your particular engine. There is a chart provided but I found that to be out of date so I asked the outboard dealer for information which solved that problem. You could also just try different settings until you get one that gives approximately the right idle rpm.

Xena XX-6 Series - Yellow XX-6Y Review

I bought this for my 2013 Ninja 300 and it fits comfortably on both fron and rear brake discs. The yellow on the lock is very bright and easy to see so I don't worry too much about leaving it on by accident. The lock is very easy to operate; insert key and turn to the right to unlock (the locking cylinder will pop out), turn key to the left and remove the key, slide the lock onto the brake disc, and push the cylinder in until it clicks. The lock lets out a loud confirmation beep after you put it on.
I tested out the siren just to see how loud it is, and even with my helmet on, its significantly loud. It sounds after about 10 seconds of moving the bike around and is fairly sensative to movement.
The only thing that I didn't think about when buying this lock, was how I was going to carry it around. The lock is too big to fit the Ninja's storage compartment, so unless I'm carrying a backpack, it goes in my pocket. Just something to think about.
Other than that, I definitely feel a little bit more secure having this little guy guard my Ninja. (Oh also fits easily on the CBR 600's brake rotors)
I haven't had any experience with other locks and security measures, but I'm liking this so far.

Kuryakyn ISO-Grips Honda GL1800 Goldwing w/ Heated Grips 6183 Review

My hands were cramping after riding for a couple of hours in strong gusty winds. These grips have solved that problem, in style. They are more challenging to install than I expected. The directions are good and complete, although I found it easier to have the rubber tube portions fully installed into the two chrome halves (without inserting any screws) as it gave me something solid to force the rubber tubes over the existing grips. You have to ensure that the raised rubber sections are completely inserted into the notch-outs in the chrome before installing if you do it this way. I also used a pair of large Channel-Lock pliers (and a towel to protect the chrome) to squeeze the grip halves together so the screws would properly line up and go in easy. I was really concerned about cross-threading the screws as it seemed like it would be very easy to do.

I had some pretty bad rub damage to the roof drip moulding of my car. The area was about 3" L X 1/2".W.,silver metallic paint. The OEM brush on touch up paint was way too thick for proper blending. I brought my car to a body shop and I was quoted $310.00 P&L, so I decided to gamble and try to repaint the moulding myself, rather than pay for a whole new piece. It took a few tries, but in the end, perfection!
After all is said and done, there is still enough paint and clear coat to do another large area (which I hope I never have to do). This is great stuff!
